The B Side Studion – Terms of Use

The b side studio requires a non refundable 50% deposit at time of booking to assure the required amount of time is allowed for your project. We understand life happens. If the need to cancel and reschedule arises, with sufficient notice, 5 days, we will make every effort to reschedule in a timely manner. Cancellations of less than 5 days, we cannot guarantee a timely rescheduling. If we cannot reschedule within 12 months of original book date, you may be subject to forfeit deposit and session time at the discretion of the b side studio. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule a booked session for any reason deemed necessary or reasonable. The balance of quote is due at time of the beginning of the first booked session. No exceptions unless agreed upon otherwise in writing ahead of time. Lack of payment may be cause for forfeit of deposit and booked session or sessions.

In the event of substantial dissatisfaction with end product, both parties shall mutually agree to further services and /or refund less reasonable business expenses, equal up to 20% of quote, and all digital and tangible materials. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, both parties agree to settle by 3rd party arbitration, chosen by the b side studio. Furthermore both parties will abide by 3rd party arbitrary decision with no further actions, legal or otherwise.

The b side studio reserves the right to hold all digital and tangible materials until agreed upon quote is paid in full. Furthermore to use some or all digital materials for use in portfolio. Any other uses will be with permission only.
